Keith Neff created Shield JJ in 2022 after serving 25 years with a Lancaster County Police department.
Keith has a passion to provide public safety officers with simplistic, usable hands-on training that improves the chances for a successful outcome for all involved.
Keith started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1999 earning his black belt in 2009 from Royler Gracie/Rosendo Diaz. Keith has been training public safety officers utilizing BJJ since 2000.
In addition, Keith offers a variety of self-defense courses designed to develop practical skills for clients that range from a novice to a more experienced student.
